Chrissy Ford is a registered dental hygienist, practice manager, speaker, published author and founder of the Ford Dental Institute. The development of her successful continuing education and coaching programs draws from 23 years experience in the dental field.
She is committed to empowering dental professionals to find passion in their careers and enjoys coaching dental teams on how to integrate strong periodontal programs into their practice. Her coaching and continuing education company provides online courses, hands-on workshops and in-office private coaching.
Colinda Higgins
Colinda Higgins joins us with 26years of experience in the industry as a dental assistant, treatment coordinator, and Surgical Coordinator. Her expertise in organization and efficiency made her a natural fit for leadership positions.
For a decade, Colinda served as an Office Manager, overseeing daily operations, team management, and financial administration. Known for her mastery of scheduling efficiencies and financial operations, she has contributed significantly to the success of the practices she has worked with. As a practice coach, Colinda is passionate about mentoring others, using her deep understanding of practice management to empower teams and elevate patient care.
Wilson Wong CPHR, PI PRACTITIONER
Wilson is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Modern People Solutions. He has worked across Canada with start-ups, small businesses, franchises, mid-market companies, publicly traded and global companies. He is a casual instructor for the School of Business at SAIT, teaching the HR and management classes.
